Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that brings joy to families and communities? Party Bounce House Rentals of Knoxville is hiring Event Staff & Setup Crew Members to help deliver unforgettable events all over East Tennessee!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and take down inflatable bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, mechanical bulls, dunk tanks and more
- Greet customers and assist with event logistics
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and ready for fun
- Provide friendly customer service and help maintain a positive party experience
- Follow safety procedures and assist in keeping the event area neat and secure
We’re Looking For:
- Dependable individuals who show up on time and work hard
- People who take pride in their work and pay attention to details (especially safety!)
- Team players who aren’t afraid to get a little dirty and lift heavy equipment
- Bonus: Experience in events, photography, Â landscaping, moving, or warehouse work
